Ian Athfield is New Zealand's most well known and beloved architects. This documentary (link below) called ' Architect of Dreams' is a wonderful and inspiring look into the life and work of a man that clearly thinks differently to most. In March of this year I attended an architectural conference on the Hawkesbury River, NSW. Ath was supposed to attend as he was scheduled to be one of the keynote speakers unfortunately, he was sick and couldn't make it. Many of us were devastated about this. I hope he is well and in good health now.
